Full training is provided through the Spicerhaart Training Academy, giving you the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Compensation and Hours
* £25,000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Full-time hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturdays
Responsibilities
* Generate new business and leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential tenants.
* Negotiate offers and secure new tenancies.
* Market properties and promote them to prospective tenants.
* Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the letting process.
* Continuously develop skills with close support from a mentor.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Passion, ambition, drive, strong work ethic, positive mindset, solution-focused, good communication and people skills.
* Must have access to your own vehicle.
* Full UK driving licence for a manual or automatic car.
* Proof of vehicle insurance before starting.
* Willingness to attend full-time training sessions.
Training & Development
* Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre.
* Purpose-built training venue with industry-leading, one-to-one and group sessions.
