You'll oversee day-to-day IT operations, act as an escalation point for complex issues, and work closely with senior stakeholders to design, improve, and implement systems used across the wider organisation. The role blends people management, technical delivery, and continuous improvement, with genuine scope to influence how IT services evolve.
