What does this team do?Our leading Reputation, Risk, Crisis and Resilience (RRCR) team supports clients by helping them to build resilience to strategic risks, incidents, and crises while meeting regulatory requirements.Our clients are typically some of the largest and most well-known organisations in their industry. They operate in an ever-changing,uncertain environment,where their reputation as a company can depend on how they respond to disruption, risk and opportunity. Whether it be cyber threats, supply chain risks, political and regulatory change, or new technological innovation, our clients need to navigate shocks, high impact events, and change.These can be diverse in nature and range from acts of terrorism, industrial disputes, severe weather and health pandemics to share price collapses, IT outages or cyber-attacks, supplier failures, or major international and geopolitical events.We work with a broad range of clients across all industry sectors. Examples include international financial institutions, retail and consumer giants, pharmaceutical companies, public sector bodies and Government departments, global energy providers, and international sporting events.The RRCR team sits in the Cyber offering portfolio within our wider Technology & Transformation practice and is growing rapidly. As the largest team of resilience and crisis professionals in the UK, RRCR combines deep industry knowledge with business advisory experience and significant technical expertise.What skills and academic qualifications do I need?Youneed to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2026 for the Autumn 2026 intake.What kind of work will I do?You will have the opportunity to work with a range of teams across a broad range of industries, helping clients to navigate periods of change and complexity, build resilience against strategic, operational and technology risks, and make informed risk decisions to grow their business, manage disruption, and preserve their brand.We believe in providing our graduates with a live experiencesoon as they land in the business, which means assigning you to a client project and enabling you to engage with Deloitte colleagues and client teams. Tasks will vary across each project, but will include (and are not limited to):Developing presentations to communicate insightsProject management tasks, such as scheduling meetings and taking minutes, tracking deadlines, and preparing materialsUnderstanding our clientsrequirements and proposing solutions to address theseOrganising and analysing data, reading contracts and documents and creating reportsConducting research for our teamReading contracts and documentsSupporting our teamambitious growth ambitions with client targeting business development and proposal writing activitiesWhere will I work?At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. If youclient-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events.
