UK based global manufacturer of bespoke solutions in the scientific sector are seeking an Aftermarket Sales Coordinator to join their team. The Role: * The efficient processing of customers’ orders and enquiries, however received. * Proactive cold calling & lead generation * The timely and effective follow-up of all aftermarket quotations * Identifying opportunities for add-on sales and upselling * Responsibility for answering all internal and external administrative enquiries regarding customer history * Responsibility for the various administrative systems to the ISO 9001/2000 Standard ensuring full traceability and conformity and to recommend any alterations deemed necessary to the Senior Export Sales Manager to ensure or improve service to the customers * Develop, coordinate, manage and monitor remeshing and servicing contracts Further responsibilities include: * Extracting and analysing sales data to identify areas of opportunity or inactivity * Supporting the management of various aftermarket service contracts * Working in close partnership with the capital equipment sales team to uncover potential avenues for aftermarket expansion Package • Competitive base salary and commission package • Generous profit-sharing bonus • Private Pension plan • Comprehensive training program • Future progress/development Basic salary of £23,000 + 10...
