ThisleadershiprolewilloverseePaulsPlacesDayOpportunitiesservicesteamsand servicedelivery,includingdaysessions,shortbreaks,andoutreachprogrammes.Itsahands-onleadershiprole,managingamultidisciplinaryteamandensuringmembers(serviceusers)receivehigh-quality,person-centredsupport.Youllalsoleadindevelopingnewservices,includingthoseforindividualswithLearningDisabilitiesand/orAutism,andcontributetostrategicplanningandorganisationaldevelopment.
