Location: Chessington - Free Parking!
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with 3.30pm finish on Fridays

* Handle technical inquiries via phone and email from global customers.

* Manage stock and rotation in the warehouse, ensuring product compliance.
* Collaborate to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in technical customer service.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
* Interest in technology and electronic entertainment systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
