About the Role:
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operation of a high-volume kitchen
* Assisting in the delivery of consistently excellent dishes using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients
* Taking the lead in sections of the kitchen, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high standards are maintained
* Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials
* Ensuring all food hygiene and safety standards are upheld
