Company Description

Salary: £23,000-£26,000 DOE Hours: Full Time 37hrs per week Mon-Fri Location: Remote Working with 1-2 days a week in our Northampton Office. Contract: Temp-Perm

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a temp-perm basis to join our small and supportive Finance team. Reporting initially to our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for working with energy suppliers to ensure timely payments, formatting commission reports and dealing with any external queries. Responsibilities

* Complete partner support including reporting
* Forecasting, dealing with queries and calculating payments
* Energy supplier reporting, identifying any overdue payments
* Build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships
* Champion and lead by example – demonstrating our company values in everything you do


Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer services and administration essential
* A willingness to learn and develop
* The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
* Good attention to detail and production of high accuracy work
* Working knowledge of Excel (ideally vlookup and pivot tables although not essential)
* Working knowledge of Sage Accounts or similar desirable
* Experience in the Utilities industry desirable but not essential
