HGV2 Driver Wanted – Nationwide Deliveries – Immediate Start 🚚
Location: Billingham
Start Date: Week commencing 25th August
Salary: £14.00/hour (first 8 hours) | £21.00/hour (overtime) | Guaranteed 8 hours paid per day | £35/night out allowance
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Start times 5am-7am | Nights out involved
Contract: Ongoing regular work with potential for permanent placement
Are you an experienced HGV2 Driver looking for consistent, rewarding work? Our client based in Billingham is seeking professional HGV2 Drivers to deliver bi-folding aluminium door frames, roof lanterns, or glass to companies and residential addresses across the UK.
What You’ll Do as an HGV2 Driver:
✅ Nationwide deliveries with runs varying by location – covering the whole of the UK
✅ Regular nights out: typically away overnight Monday/Tuesday, home Wednesday, away Thursday, returning Friday
✅ Stay in pre-booked Travelodge accommodation (no cab sleeping) with £35/night out paid
✅ Drag frames or lanterns to the back of the wagon for client offload, or deliver glass which is forklifted off
Requirements for the HGV2 Driver role:
✔️ Valid HGV2 Licence, CPC, and Digi card
✔️ Minimum 12 months of HGV2 driving experience
✔️ Maximum of 6 points on licence – No DR or DD offences
✔️ Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally
✔️ Ability to complete an online application form (laptop, PC, or tablet required) – or visit our Middlesbrough office for assistance
What We Offer HGV2 Drivers:
💷 £14.00 per hour for first 8 hours worked
💷 £21.00 per hour overtime
