The Role
* Leading the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure commissions
* Managing and developing senior client relationships
* Line management, mentoring, and development of project teams
* Playing a key role in business development and work-winning
* Supporting the strategic growth and direction of the Manchester office
Key Requirements
* Extensive Quantity Surveyor experience withincivil engineering or infrastructure
* Sector background inwater, rail, highways, or general civils will be considered
* Proven team management and leadership experience
* Strong commercial acumen and business development capability
* Confident operating at Associate Director / leadership level
