Care Operations Manager (Registered Manager) - Multi-Site Home Care
Location: Frodsham (covering 3 local sites)
Hours: Monday to Friday, finish 5pm
Salary: Up to £60,000 + package

We're recruiting for a senior Care Operations Manager / Registered Manager to take full operational ownership of three local home care sites, acting as the day-to-day lead when the business owner is off-site.
This is a hands-on, commercially aware leadership role for someone who can run the operation end-to-end: people, rotas, capacity, compliance, quality, and performance. You'll have genuine autonomy to make decisions, solve problems quickly, and keep standards consistently high across all sites.
The Role
As Care Operations Manager (Registered Manager), you will:
1. Be the operational lead across three sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery
2. Act as Registered Manager for regulated activity (CQC) and lead inspection readiness
3. Own rota, scheduling and capacity planning, ensuring the right care at the right time
4. Drive staffing performance: recruitment pipeline, onboarding, retention, supervision and culture
