We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our R&D team focused on developing next-generation Patient Monitoring and Connectivity (PMC) products. This hands-on role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-performance software in a regulated, embedded Linux environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architectures, and implement features that meet functional, performance, and cybersecurity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop software for patient monitoring systems
* Participate in architecture, UI, and connectivity interface design
* Write, debug, and document code in an Agile environment
* Ensure timely delivery of software and technical documentation
* Collaborate across global teams and uphold high engineering standards
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
* Software development experience
* C++11+ and Object-Oriented Programming
* Strong experience with multithreading and embedded Linux development
* Experience with Qt/QML and modern UI frameworks (e.g., WPF, WinUI 3) is a plus
* Familiarity with regulated environments (medical, aerospace, etc.) preferred
* Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971, and 21 CFR Part 820 is a strong advantage
* Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git) and Agile methodologies
