* Oversee daily catering operations to meet service standards

* Monitor financial performance including labour, goods, and expenses
* Build strong client relationships and drive contract satisfaction
* Deliver food quality and service aligned with client expectations
* Implement innovative and efficient processes across operations
Candidate Profile
* Strong operational and team leadership experience
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Sound financial understanding and computer literacy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
* Flexible, motivated, and committed to high standards
