* Previous experience resolving problems while sitting with the user
* Familiarity working within a Tech-Bar environment
* Comfortable with various deskside technologies
* Experience in OS, applications, and hardware installation and troubleshooting, depending on project requirements
* Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting
As part of a broader, highly committed support team, you will work onsite to provide dedicated support for deskside and printing services. You will be fully supported by your Service Delivery Manager, Team Leader, and colleagues.
You will handle various tickets throughout the day, addressing each with empathy, pragmatism, and a strong focus on customer service—aiming to resolve issues and leave users satisfied.
This role involves direct interaction with users, either at their desks or at a Tech-Bar, providing help and guidance. Your work will directly influence users’ daily work life.
With nothing more frustrating than malfunctioning computers or printers, you will be a key person in resolving these issues, working directly with users in a rewarding environment.
