ITU Nurse/Nottingham/Tollerton/Bank/Ad-Hoc Shift
Spire Nottingham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an ITU Nurse to join the bank team.

Duties and responsibilities:
To work as part of a team to deliver high quality and holistic patient care to elective surgical patients within a critical care environment.
1. To assess and plan patient care for a complex and changing caseload.
2. Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
3. Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
4. Continually promote best practice in health, safety and security.
5. Contribute to quality improvement.
6. Promote people’s equality, diversity and rights
7. Apply technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment.
Who we're looking for:
8. Registered Nurse
9. Critical care competencies
10. Possession of a post registration qualification in critical care
11. ALS/PILS/ILS
12. Teaching/mentorship course/skills
13. Recent Critical Care Experience
14. Ability to work well within a team
15. Work with minimum supervision
16. Competence across a range of critical care skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge
17. Critical care competencies
18. Demonstrate principles of accountable practice
19. English language to IELTS 7.0
20. Confident with MS Office and other relevant packages
21. Ability to demonstrate continuing professional development
22. Possess Equipment and Medical Devices Competences
23. Possess the mandatory training requirements for role including infection control and health and safety competencies.
