Regional HR Business Partner Education London Schools
I am delighted to be recruiting for a very reputable education provider to recruit for a permanent Regional HR Business Partner for London
This role is on site and covering a cluster of schools in Central London, West London and other locations
Salary is up to £65,000 per annum plus benefits
You will work collaboratively with senior leaders to drive the people strategy in the region, overseeing and manage the people function for the region, developing, implementing and maintaining people strategies .
Key Activities
* Develop and execute the people strategy for London, ensuring it aligns with the organisation’s overall goals and objectives.
* Contribute to the wider UK people strategy including taking a lead in rolling out initiatives from the central team within the region.
* Provide leadership and guidance to local HR colleagues across all settings to ensure consistency in HR practices and processes.
* Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality staff across the region.
* Serve as a trusted escalation point for complex ER, appeals, tribunal claims and ACAS conciliation across the region.
* Provide support and develop local HR by providing advice and best practice.
* Oversee and advise on conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures in a fair and constructive manner.
Person specification
* Business partnering experience across multiple sites.
* Knowledge and experience of the education sector.
* Very strong employee relations background including managing complex cases, dealing with ACAS early conciliation and employment tribunals.
* Experience of managing or supervising HR advisors or administrators.
* Experience of supporting employee wellbeing, including supporting colleagues who are absent due to long-term sickness or who require reasonable adjustments to be made due to health conditions or disabilities.
* An understanding of KCSIE and how this relates to people processes.
* Experience with “single central record in schools”
* Understanding of HR information systems and people data reporting
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
