We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Colne for a 7-week duration to start on Monday 8th June.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordinating multiple trades on site
* Supervising approximately 10-12 operatives at any one time
* Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations and site procedures are adhered to
* Monitoring progress and ensuring project programme dates and milestones are achieved
* Maintaining site standards, productivity, and communication with management teams
Requirements:
* Proven experience supervising commercial refurbishment projects
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors/trades efficiently
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety compliance on live sites
* SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid At Work
