Overview
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + additional company benefits. Location: Rugby. Role: Full-time permanent, hybrid (2 days home / 3 days in the office).
In this role, you will sit within the marketing and ecommerce team, reporting to a senior team member. The main focus is to create new, engaging and on-trend communications across the business’s channels, internally and with its members and clients.
Responsibilities
* Create and distribute new content across various formats, including press releases, newsletters, website updates, promotions, events, and social media.
* Develop communications across digital, social, print, and email channels.
* Storytelling and campaign creation.
* Collaborate with other members of the marketing team.
* Manage third-party relationships with stakeholders and media partners.
* Provide event support.
* Monitor, analyse, and utilise data and results to optimise communications.
* Contribute to additional communications initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role (communications, social media, content, etc.).
* Marketing-related education is advantageous (e.g., degree in Marketing, English, PR).
* Experience with Adobe packages.
* Excellent writing skills.
* Highly creative and able to generate impactful ideas.
* Willingness to commit to a hybrid position, with in-office presence in Rugby for 3 days per week (preferably Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Working Hours & Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office.
