A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a strategic and experienced Procurement Manager – Facilities Management to drive sourcing excellence and supplier partnerships across a diverse and evolving global portfolio. 🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and implement strategic category plans for facilities management and real estate.
Lead procurement strategies across global markets to support ambitious growth targets.
Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure long-term value and innovation.
Advise on complex sourcing strategies and contract negotiations.
Drive sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement across procurement practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, R&D, and corporate functions.
✅ What You Bring
Deep expertise in facilities management procurement, including hard/soft services, security, occupational health, and real estate.
Strong experience in category management, particularly within the EMEA region.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead in a global matrix environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and risk management skills.
Degree-qualified or equivalent experience; CIPS certification is a plus.
