BF Mulholland is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to increase the market share of the consumables part of our business. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong customer relationships and partnering with our Business Consultants to provide exceptional service to each customer account. Whilst this role is remote, we are looking for applicants based in Ireland. Main Duties & Responsibilities Increase sales revenue and margin via inbound/outbound calls and proactive account Management. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPI sales targets Use the CRM system to effectively record, manage and develop opportunities Handle customer dissatisfaction correspondence and find a solution within an agreed remit. Attend and participate in training days and promotional vendor days. Create and submit weekly KPI’s reporting, focusing on the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of sales activity not just the quantity.
