We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in East Kilbride. As a Customer service Coordinator you will be working on varied projects with the team to ensure all projects are on time and keep the communication clear with the customer.
Roles and responsibilities......
* Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the factory to deliver the project without delays
* Attend sales handover meetings
* Ensure timely management to meet the requirements of each project
* Ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and forward planning are carried out and lookahead programmes are in place
* Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs and forecasts
* Ensure correct commercial terms are in place
* Establish and promote best practice
Requirements
* Experience of managing projects from order through to delivery and has worked with clients and suppliers to ensure products are delivered on budget is desirable (not essential)
* Office based UK customer service experience essential
* Experience of joinery or joinery manufacturing and an understanding of architectural specifications and drawings desirable (this can be learned)
* IT literate essential
* Able to handle multiple systems and have a love for the customer communication experience.
* Detail conscious and organised
Hours: Mon – Thursday 8am – 5pm (4pm finish on Friday)
