Position Details
Part-Time Opportunities:
* Shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM, working every other weekend with holiday rotation.
* Additional hours available for those looking to pick up extra shifts.
PRN/Per-Diem/On Call:
* Commit to 3 shifts a month (including 1 weekend shift) and 1 summer and 1 winter holiday.
We also welcome applications for Per Diem LPNs. Please let your recruiter know if you prefer this option!
Your Role
As our LPN, you will play a vital role in meeting the nursing needs of our residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Your responsibilities will include:
* Creating a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
* Collaborating with care partners to develop assignments and ensure accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:
* A current LPN license in the state of application.
* Current CPR certification.
* Prior nursing experience in senior care, personal care (assisted living), or memory care.
* New graduates are encouraged to apply!
