You will be part of a busy administration team working on building relationships, whilst updating all records.
- Excel
- Customer Service with confident telephone manner
- Dealing with queries both telephone and email
– Inbound/external calls to a variety of customers
– Team player
– General administration
- 4 consecutive days on site 9-5/8-4
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a background in customer service and query resolution.
– Ability to multitask
– Able to work 4 consecutive days on site each week
– Strong organisational skills
