About the Role We're looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking Senior Manager to join our Student Services team. In this role, you'll help shape how we use data and insight to improve services and support better outcomes for our students. Working with colleagues across the University, you'll lead a joined-up approach to reporting, systems and process improvement, using data to inform decision-making at all levels. You will be responsible for: Developing a suite of accessible, user-friendly reports and dashboards (e.g. Power BI) to support planning and performance across Student Services. Working with complex data to identify insights, trends and opportunities for improvement. Leading projects to enhance business processes, systems and service delivery. Championing good practice in data governance, quality and security. Managing a team to deliver administration and operations support for services across the directorate. About You We'd like to hear from you if you have: Experience working with data, reporting and Power BI. A proven record of project delivery and improving processes or systems. The ability to build positive relationships and work in multi-disciplinary teams. An understanding of data governance and information management. Experience of supporting and leading teams to improve processes and deliver effective services.
