Our sales team is at the heart of our growth — and we’re now looking for an experienced, driven Area Sales Manager to join us and help power the next stage of our expansion.

What You’ll Do
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth across your region, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Representing Midtherm and showcasing our full range of manufactured solutions
* Understanding customer needs and matching them with tailored product offerings
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
* Planning, monitoring, and achieving sales targets
* Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports
* Driving growth in your area through effective lead generation and relationship management
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Strategic Sales Planning
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand Midtherm’s customer base and market reach
Customer Relationship Management
* Build long-term partnerships and grow existing accounts
* Forecast monthly performance and report results against targets
* Identify New Product Introduction (NPI) opportunities
Market Insight
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
* Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure outstanding customer experiences
* Proven experience in sales management (stoves or chimney systems background preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding targets
* Experience using CRM systems and data-driven sales reporting
* Commercial awareness and business acumen
* Excellent organisation, time management, and presentation skills
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience in the flue, chimney, or stove industry
* Familiarity with ERP systems
* A relevant qualification in business, sales, or engineering
