About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect with strong HCM expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that align with business strategy and HR transformation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of HCM modules, enterprise architecture principles, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to deliver scalable and future-proof solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and design of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence, and Recruiting. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand workforce strategies, challenges, and requirements, translating them into effective system solutions. Define end-to-end solution architecture and integration strategies across HCM, ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems.
