Health Care Assistant – Night Shift Roles in a Warm Nursing Home We are recruiting Health Care Assistants to join our night team at Patcham Nursing Home in Brighton. Patcham Nursing Home is a welcoming 30-bed residential and nursing home, providing high-quality, person-centred care in a calm and supportive environment. Each resident has a private en-suite room, supporting dignity, comfort, and independence. This is a great opportunity for compassionate care staff who want to work in a stable, well-supported home where residents are truly known as individuals. Location: Patcham Nursing Home, Brighton Salary: £13.70 per hour (reviewed annually) weekend enhancement Hours: 24 hours per week (Nights) Contract: Permanent (Part-time / Full-time / Bank available) We also have a 36-hour night shift maternity cover role available, with the potential to become permanent. About the Role As a Health Care Assistant, you will support residents during night shifts, ensuring safety, comfort, and high-quality, person-centred care at all times. You will be working as part of a supportive care and nursing team in a structured environment.
