Wage examples:
20 hours
Assuming working every other weekend (4 hours per day over 5 days).
Week 1: 20 hours at £13.50 = £270.00
Week 2: 12 hours at £13.50; 8 hours at £14.00 = £274.00
Annual: £14,144.
30 hours
Assuming working every other weekend (6 hours per day over 5 days).
Week 1: 30 hours at £13.50 = £405.00
Week 2: 18 hours at £13.50; 12 hours at £14.00 = £411.00
Annual: £21,216.
37.5 hours
Assuming working every other weekend (6 hours per day over 5 days).
Week 1: 37.5 hours at £13.50 = £506.25
Week 2: 22.5 hours at £13.50; 12 hours at £14.00 = £513.75
Annual: £26,520.
Duties will include:
* Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day.
* Personal care
* Administering medication
* Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
* Shopping
* Housekeeping
* Meal preparation
* Taking Clients for appointments or outings
Requirements of a Care Assistant:
* Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle.
* Have a genuine passion to want to help others.
* Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply.
