Office Administrator – Part‑time
Location: Greater Manchester, England, United Kingdom.
Join our dynamic eCommerce team as an Office Administrator on a part‑time basis (25 hours per week) based from our Manchester Arndale Hub.
About the role
As part of the eCommerce department, you will support the effective running of the Manchester office by:
* Maintain office space housekeeping and escalating to appropriate department (facilities, maintenance, tech, H&S).
* Supporting office moves and refurbs.
* Arranging department social events and activities in line with the Leicester Admin team.
* Managing the ordering of department stationery and office equipment supplies.
* Ensuring all office equipment is in working order.
* Meeting room and catering management – booking and maintenance.
* Supporting external visitors to the Manchester Hub and covering reception duties.
* Keeping track of the desk booking system.
* Security Pass Management – unique system where passes are created and organised.
* Ensuring all Health & Safety processes and procedures are adhered to.
* Ensuring the Manchester Office has a constant supply of sundries.
* Ensuring the First Aid book is available and all incidents are recorded correctly and submitted to Health & Safety.
* Due to the nature of the role, the role will be office based.
About you
* Minimum 2 years Office Admin/reception experience.
* Strong PC literacy – Google / G Suite.
* Self‑motivated with the enthusiasm to learn and develop.
* Ability to take responsibility and be accountable.
* Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and consistently meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to integrate at all levels.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work alone.
* Possession of a confident but helpful manner.
* The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and in all circumstances.
* Experience of working in a fast‑paced environment.
