Legal Secretary (Biotechnology Team)
£45,000 to £50,000 + benefits | London | Hybrid working
My client is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their highly regarded Biotechnology team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail focused professional who enjoys supporting fee earners working on complex and technical matters.
You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team where your communication skills, accuracy, and ability to manage deadlines will be highly valued.
Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Bio practice
• Preparing, formatting, and processing documentation
• Managing diaries, travel arrangements, and client communications
• Assisting with billing processes and maintaining accurate database records
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain efficient workflow and uphold strong internal standards
The ideal candidate:
• Experienced Legal Secretary with a background in patents or another technical or legal area
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
• Proactive, reliable, and confident working both independently and within a team
