About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with students to support their individual learning needs, help implement personalised strategies, and promote confidence and independence. Qualifications: Previous experience supporting students with SEN in a school setting preferred. Understanding of a range of Special Educational Needs and evidence-based support strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of students and provide patient, compassionate support.
