Sense is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for 22.5 hours per week at our Whitstable shop. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of operational and customer service excellence to maximize income for our charity.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, a great communicator, and have prior retail experience. You will work flexibly, including bank holidays and weekends, engaging with the community and enhancing shop standards.
