We’re hiring for a high-quality, full-cycle Sales Consultant / BDM role in an exciting and rapidly growing Manchester business.
The Package for Sales Consultant / BDM
* £42,000 basic salary
* OTE £63,000 (realistic and uncapped!)
* Amazing offices based in Manchester where every day is dress down!
* Hybrid working – Office days are Tuesday & Thursday
* Hours: Mon–Thurs: 9am–5:30pm, Friday 5pm finish. July & August: 3pm finish Fridays!
* 36 days annual leave (yes, really)
The Role of Sales Consultant / BDM
This is a true 360° sales role where you’ll manage the full sales cycle:
* Opening, qualifying, consulting, closing
* Running audits and discovery sessions with clients
* Selling in a consultative, solutions-led way
* Building long-term relationships, not just quick wins
Your leads will come from a healthy mix of:
* Self-generated opportunities
* Inbound marketing leads
* Appointments booked for you by BDE’s
