Legal Secretary

Our client, established almost 40 years ago, specialises in Family Law, Commercial Law, Wills & Probate and Residential Conveyancing. They now seek to appoint a part-time Legal Secretary to support one of their partners, providing administrative support in a dynamic legal environment.

As Legal Secretary, you will:

Manage digital documents and correspondence

Carry out audio typing of legal documents and correspondence

Maintain office filing systems and databases

Provide administrative support to their legal teams

Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors and other professionals

As Legal Secretary, you will need:

Experience of family law or conveyancing

Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office

The ability to multitask and prioritise workloads

Good time management skills
