Join the VCA Plymouth Team! VCA Plymouth is seeking a talented Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join and lead as a Technician Supervisor full-time. Our AAHA-accredited, 5-doctor, general practice in historic Plymouth, MA, is committed to high-quality medicine in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art facility with luxury boarding attached. We value each veterinary technician's experience and utilize those skills to provide progressive and compassionate care.

Support Technician and Doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress environment. Your goal is to gain pet parent confidence through outstanding client experiences and deliver exceptional patient care. Use your credentials (CVT, RVT, LVT) and skills including:
* Physical exams and patient assessment
* Anesthesia monitoring
* Surgical assistance
* Dentistry, radiology, laboratory work, venipuncture, catheter placement, pharmacy, patient recovery, compassionate care
In the supervisor role, your responsibilities include:
* Managing workflow, mentoring staff, assisting in hiring and scheduling
* Training, protocol development, and ensuring policy compliance
