Job Overview: To act as an on-site and virtual guide during the transition from Zoom to Microsoft Teams, helping colleagues understand new features, adopt best practices, and feel confident using Teams for collaboration and meetings.

1. Be proactive with a visible and approachable presence to answer questions (not technical troubleshooting)
2. Deliver demos via Microsoft Teams both in person and for remote colleagues using pre-defined scripts and presentation decks
3. Explain differences between Zoom and Teams (meeting setup, chat, collaboration tools)
4. Share tips and best practices for effective use of teams
5. Encourage engagement and confidence in using teams for daily work
6. Record all assistance provided to colleagues
Key Skills
7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams features and functionality
8. Ability tomunicate clearly and educate users in a friendly, non-technical way
9. Familiarity with Zoom to explain migration differences
10. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
