Location: Bracknell, Binfield, Ascot, and surrounding areas
Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience while getting paid weekly? As an ECT in supply, you’ll get the flexibility of choosing your working days (1 to 5 days per week), along with the support of a dedicated consultant to help you navigate your teaching career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, following pre-prepared materials.
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused and productive learning environment.
* Support students in completing their work and provide assistance where needed.
* Provide feedback to school staff regarding student progress and any classroom concerns.
* Build relationships with students, staff, and school leadership to create a positive school experience.
What We’re Looking For:
* Early Career Teachers (ECT) with a passion for education.
* A flexible, adaptable, and positive approach to teaching and classroom management.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students quickly.
* No lesson planning or marking required—just a willingness to step into new teaching environments.
* Availability to work 1 to 5 days per week, with full flexibility around your schedule.
