Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. The ability to build trust and positive relationships with pupils. Experience in education, childcare, care work, support work, youth services, or similar fields (desirable but not essential). A willingness to learn and develop within a specialist educational environment. Why Join Through Protocol Education? Access to a wide range of SEN opportunities across Bristol.
