Job Description – The Role
* Assisting with personal care, toileting, eating, and hydration
* Administering medication
* Escorting residents to appointments
* Supporting residents with activities and social engagement
* Maintaining accurate care documentation
* Promoting dignity, respect, and person‑centred care
What We’re Looking For
* A kind, caring, and patient individual with a positive, can‑do attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Good communication and documentation skills
* Experience in elderly care, dementia, or challenging behaviour (desirable)
* Commitment to upholding CQC standards and organisational policies
