We are looking for a Relief Day & Night Care Assistant who is dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience.
As a Relief Day & Night Care Assistant, you will need to be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work as part of our team.
The Role
* Support the care, protection, and wellbeing of residents, treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection, and promoting their independence.
* Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower residents to achieve their personal goals, respecting their individuality and supporting informed choices in line with person-centred care plans.
* Promote residents' health and wellbeing by meeting their physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, including facilitating social, educational, and recreational activities such as visits, walks, and other preferred activities.
* Ensure the health and safety of all individuals in your care, maintain stock and equipment, and adhere to Parklands’ policies and procedures.
Be part of our dedicated care team at Urray House Care Home in Muir of Ord, a picturesque Highland village near Inverness and Dingwall, close to Moray Firth.
