An established property company is looking for a confident and organised Maintenance Coordinator to join their busy in‑house team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving and keeping operations running smoothly across a large residential portfolio.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for coordinating maintenance activity for around 400 properties, acting as the key link between tenants, contractors and the wider team. No two days look the same, and you’ll play a vital role in ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and tenants receive a high level of service.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing, scheduling and booking all maintenance jobs across the portfolio
* Coordinating daily workloads for two maintenance contractors
* Organising move‑in maintenance and ensuring properties are ready for new tenants
* Handling tenant enquiries and resolving first‑line complaints professionally
* Processing invoices, quotes and ordering materials
* Carrying out property inspections, meter readings and CCTV checks
* Maintaining accurate Excel records and updating internal systems
* Providing cover for the wider maintenance team when required
