The Directors and Leadership Team of Exceed Learning Partnership are looking to appoint an experienced Governance and Policy Administrator to provide support to our Governance and Policy Team.
Exceed Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust that currently comprises of 10 Academies, Bentley High Street Primary School, Carr Lodge Academy, Edlington Victoria Academy, Hall Cross Academy, Hill Top Academy, Rosedale Primary School, Sandringham Primary School, Sheep Dip Lane Academy, The Mallard Academy and Willow Primary School.

Key features of the role:
* Preparing and circulating meeting papers for Governing Board meetings
* Managing the annual calendar of Governing Board meetings
* Providing professional clerking services to the Governing Boards of our schools
* Liaising effectively with Chairs of the Governing Boards, Academy Principals and Board members
* Providing administrative support to the Governance Team
* Ensuring compliance with statutory regulation for the governance of schools and Academy Trusts
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a school or public sector organisation
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in the use of ICT
* Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively

This role will require the candidate to travel between schools within the Exceed Learning Partnership estate and will require access to a vehicle with business insurance. Mileage for travel between sites is paid in addition to salary.
