Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Manager in the daily operations of the flagship store.
2. Support the achievement of sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
3. Manage store operations, including inventory and administrative tasks.
4. Oversee staff scheduling and maintain a well-structured team.
5. Create a positive working environment for staff.
6. Utilize your fashion or retail experience to provide expert advice to customers.
7. Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
8. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or another language is a bonus but not essential.
Skills:
* Proven experience in high-end fashion or retail brands.
* Previous management or supervisory experience.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Fluency in a second language (preferred).
