We're looking for a part-time HR Advisor to join a busy and collaborative People team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to support a growing organisation during an exciting period of development. Working closely with the wider People team, you'll provide first-line HR advice to managers and support a range of employee relations activity, helping ensure a smooth and consistent approach to people processes across the business. This role would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on HR generalist position, balancing employee relations support with strong HR administration and coordination.
