Day to day of the role:
* Provide one-on-one support to students, catering to their individual needs and ensuring their academic and personal growth.
* Work closely with teaching staff to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
* Assist with the implementation of classroom activities, personalized learning plans, and student assessments.
* Promote positive behaviour and contribute to creating a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a Learning Support Assistant role within state or independent schools is highly desirable.
2. Candidates with transferable skills from backgrounds such as residential support worker, care worker, or individual needs assistant are also welcome to apply.
