Join EIP, a leading, award‑winning IP law firm, as an HR Advisor based in Bath. This full‑time role is hybrid working, helping shape a positive, inclusive workplace culture and driving impactful HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
As an HR Advisor, you’ll provide expert HR support across a broad range of activities, with a particular focus on employee relations, policy and process development, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with the HR team and act as a trusted advisor to employees, line managers, and Members. You’ll manage sometimes complex HR cases, help drive continuous improvement in our HR operations, and support a culture where everyone can thrive.
Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Experience providing employee relations (ER) support to a demanding and/or challenging client group
* CIPD qualification and/or relevant HR work experience
Desirable Extras
* Degree‑level education
* Knowledge of German, US, or Swedish employment law and HR practices
* Previous experience in a professional services environment
