* Produce and review financial reports, ensuring alignment with applicable accounting frameworks.
* Take ownership of monthly and annual close activities, delivering timely and accurate results.
* Safeguard the accuracy of the general ledger through thorough reconciliations and well‑controlled postings.
* Deliver meaningful financial analysis to inform commercial and strategic business decisions.
* Work closely with stakeholders across the business to streamline financial processes and strengthen controls.
* Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, analysing variances against actual performance.

Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
* An academic background in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline.
* Progress toward or completion of a recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
* A solid grasp of core accounting concepts and financial reporting requirements.
* Confidence using financial systems alongside strong, advanced Excel capability.
