Job Description
A leading UK manufacturer and distributor of specialist goods is seeking an ERP Application Specialist to join its dedicated IT team. This position plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the central ERP platform that underpins core manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support for the ERP system and associated business applications
* Diagnose and resolve Real Time system issues
* Drive continuous improvement and support ERP upgrade activity
* Lead system enhancement initiatives and improvement projects
* Manage user and system administration tasks
* Liaise with vendors and third party partners
* Improve reporting processes and support automation opportunities
Essential Experience
* Strong technical/functional understanding of ERP solutions
* Background in manufacturing or supply chain environments
* Solid project management capability
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge of on prem to SaaS migration activities
Desirable: Experience supporting EDI solutions.
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + 25 days holiday + benefitsLocation: Worcestershire
