We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join a dynamic team at a Secondary School in Milton Keynes. This is a 1 Year Fixed Term position, beginning in September 2025, offering an exciting opportunity to teach chemistry within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. As a Chemistry Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students across key stages, ensuring that they develop a strong understanding of the subject while fostering a passion for science. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging chemistry lessons that are tailored to the needs and abilities of students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to help students improve and achieve their potential. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure a positive and productive learning environment. Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the chemistry curriculum. Ensure the highest standards of behaviour management in line with school policies. Contribute to extracurricular activities related to the subject area, such as science clubs or revision sessions.Requirements: Qualified Teaching Status (QTS). UK Teaching Experience in Chemistry or a closely related science subject. An Enhanced DBS check will be required. Passion for teaching chemistry and the ability to inspire students to reach their full potential.
