Host - Edinburgh Host Catering and Hospitality - Manor Grange Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: 12.21 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 37.5 Located in the charming setting of Pinkhill, Manor Grange Care Home provides high quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to eighty three residents. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and organised Host to join our team and help create a positive dining experience for residents, families and visitors. What We Offer 12.21 per hour Contracted to 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Pension scheme, Paid PVG, Uniform provided 5.6 annual leave based on a full time contract Full training and ongoing support Your Role As Host, you will help deliver a smooth and welcoming dining experience each day. You will prepare the dining rooms for lunch and dinner, ensuring tables are set and the environment is inviting. You will maintain clean and well organised storage areas, including fridges and cupboards, ensuring food is correctly stored, labelled and rotated. You will update menu displays daily and provide meals and refreshments to residents and visitors, offering assistance where needed and working closely with care staff. You will maintain regular communication with the Head Chef, support new staff during induction and follow all company policies and food safety procedures.
